COMPUTER PROBLEMS,ROOTKIT VIRUS HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!?

I have a rootkit on my computer located in the drivers. the name of it is emvpqf.sys. What's the best way to get rid of this thing. I downloaded all the best free antivirus software including Malware bytes, AVG, and avast. Avast was the only one able to detect it, but I don't know how to remove it. I know where its located and everything but when I try to delete it it says something like 'cannot locate the source file' When I try doing a scan in safemode, the computer just shuts off automatically in the middle of the scan. I think its because the virus is attached to the drivers and it is actually booted up along with all the other drivers, even in safemode. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS THING!!! and please speak english, because I'm not really a techie sort of person, thanx.
