Racist CNN reporter Rick Sanchez was fired for being a racist. Why did it take so long?

This man seems to hate everyone that is not latino. He always defends illegal aliens and feels that they have the right to do what ever they feel like. I have known for a long time that he is a horrible person and a racist. Does this guy have a chance of ever working on American television again?
