Urgent !!!!!!! unexplained fish deaths ????

hi ive had 2 fish die in 2 days 1 gl catfish and 1 neon tetra and my siamese fighter isnt looking to good its just hovering on the top and and its gone white under its tummy and gils and at the back of its body ????? i would really like to keep this fish so please help thanks very very much
