Does anyone at all know how to read this? If not here's a challenge!?

Well it sounds like fireworks - each word is like a firework explosion flashing before your eyes. I don't know who this "Ethan" chap is but I suspect our poet is rather fond of him. ;-) And her emotions, her feelings for him flash in her mind, like fireworks.
