Test says positive...but I don't feel it!?

It is totally normal morning sickness doesn't usually start until week 6. If you got a yes it means you are pregnant, there are never false positives. Cramping is normal. I wss due for my period around the 1st of july. I had been cramping so much I thought it was coming but on wednesday I was 2 weeks late and decided to take a test because I was nauseous and still cramping and my 21st birthday was thursday and I didn't want to be drinking. As it turns out the digital test said yes with a + sign.
