Cousin with lukiemia, similar question as before but different.?

ok so my baby cousin is in the hospital with lukiemia. she is bleeding internally and out of her backside. the doctors say there is nothing they can do but wait. is there a chance of survival? and if not how long can a 4 year old live with internal bleeding so i can estimate what time to expect the bad news?
