My is bend and leaking when i see a hot secene or talk with the girls please advise what to do?

my is bend and smaller then to my bolls and my bolls is hanging i am not felling comfortable when i see a scene or taking about or girls its my is strarting leaking please give me a solutions to control this kind of problems.
