Online poker?

What do people think of online poker ? sometimes it does feel like its random at all ? ive seen on a poker site i always play(no names) that once the payout stage has been reach the cards that come out seem to be dealt to finish the game faster . eg people know that they can call strong hands with anything as they will catch something , thus ending the game. the poker companys then know the players will goto another table and play and (pay) again ? ? ?
