Window doesnt work! help :) Can't get the window to go up on my car...details..?

Hi :) I have a 2003 explorer eddie bauer edition. the penger front window is stuck down,all the other windows work (power not crank) child lock is off ect, when I try to put the window up, the light which is on the switch itself goes off, other wise it is illuminated. but its gonna rain..so any ideas? ive tried putting it up using the control on the driver side too. it worked once but would only go down not up, now its stuck.
