Why do people always answered ''America''?

This is due to americanisation of the world. As all english speaking countries are influenced by film, television of hollywood and major decisions made by american politicians affect the world. Its no suprise that america is know for everything including promiscuity and being conservative. Most english speaking countries dont have soccer as their popular sport as well maybe except for england so they just answer something american cause thats all they know.
