Sms blackmail before precourt?

Bail conditions...i am on bail and conditions i cant contact my wife or daughter....but i have been getting blackmailing sms from her, i have replyed i have also seen them twice and spent a few hours with my daughter with my wife at my home where this allegation happend also have this on video ...i also have msg saying she ”wants to come back home to me 100%” this is before precourt because its going to crown, for a allegation i never done, please read my other question. Will these sms help me or am clutching straws, i am innocent PERIOD!!
