A Digital Publishing Company? Good or Bad idea?

I think this is a great idea. A lot of people still don't know how to create their own websites. The possibilities are endless in terms of ads, brochures ect. Every company needs these at some point. Would you target any specific sector? Ie. Restaurants/Businesses/Retailors or all of the above? It might be a good idea to specialize and find a "niche" market so that you can stand out from the crowd...
