Do I have the right to be mad? please help, I'm confused.?

I hooked up with this guy and now I get the feeling he ignoring/avoiding me. He wont answer any of my txts or ims (now I get the feeling he is avoiding facebook and aim just so i cant talk to him), and when i asked him about it he said he was sick of people and needed slone time (which after talking to his closer friends they said he actually does) but hes been hanging out with 2 other guys. is it he just needs a break from girls or hes ignoring and avoiding me? should I call him out on it because it pisses me off he wont just say what hes thinking even if its bad? should I wait a week and if he doesnt say anything to me call him out on it? any advice. Im not sure what to do or if im being paranoid. tia.
