Does the Great Gatsby have anything to do with women rights?

i don't think it has to do with womens rights or sufferage or anything. but the book shows you how much the women during that generation were changing. the book definitely illustrates more opportunities for women then prior to the twenties. some were drinking, wearing makeup and stuff, etcccc. it also shows with jordan baker because women athletes were probably unheard of before then.
