I m 22 years old got married in the month of august,?

i have PCOS problem before,i took some medicines consulting doctor, from past 3 months its regular and my periods comes a week before or 4 days before.Now i have date 29th may 2011,it hasnt come yet.Feeling some harmonal changes..Do you think am i pregnant?please help me....
