Ladies whats your makeup pet peeve?

When you can tell someone who has terrible acne is using way to much cover-up, that it looks ridiculously powdery. Or when girls wear like a shiny grey or blue shadow right below their eyebrows and don't do it correctly - It makes their under-brow look greasy?! UGHHH!
