Pressure that came on after a cough?

HELP I got a terrible case of bronchitis and with all the coughing came a night of terrible burning around the bladder...inside....(no infection) then pressure in the area of my lower back, rectum and upper legs...this pressure is terrible...again no consitipation no infection no obvious reason..how do i get rid of this pressure and what is it...feels like a baby crowning.......!?!?!?!?
