SPANISH HELP PLEASE:]]]]]]]?

I would probably say, "No estoy bien, porque estoy triste" (if you're sad, perhaps) --or-- "Estoy cansado" (if you're tired). Or you could just say, "No estoy teniendo un buen d�a." (I am not having a good day)
