What to make out of old pj pants fabric?

Okay so i have these plaid pj pants that have a huge un-fixable hole in the area. but i dont want to throw away all the fabric...is there something i could make with the fabric? i have glue, scissors, a sewing kit, pretty much everything. any ideas?
