Who do i contact about filing a complaint against a child protective service employee for slander....?

If you're going to sue, you need to get a lawyer. If you just want to inform someone, ask them the name of their supervisor. However, remember that the CPS are there to protect children, and sometimes have to be very harsh or thorough to ensure the safety of our kids. Take a moment and be grateful that someone out there is looking out for us.
