Isn't "God" in the bible more like a slave owner than anything?

He owns you right, and you serve him don't you? Slaves/serfs serve... did you know that during the feudal days of serfdom during the dark ages when the church and its monarchies ruled the land that "Lords" and Knights were valued by how many souls/serfs they owned?
