Just curious and angry. ( playr.org)?

my cousin wanted me to ask why it wasn't saving. he plays pokemon crystal and he's almost to the elite four and he wanted to save his progress but it wasn't the on that said save on the game it was the the one on the side that said save game and he clicked on that but its been like 4 days and it still hasnt saved it yet. all i showed was his last progress and not his recent progress. after he clicked save game all that showed was a white circle and it wouldn't go. what is going on?
