Really Vivid nightmare that scared me?

Maybe there is something that's harming you, but you don't know yet what it is (that killing spree you "experienced") And that after you realize what it is, it's gonna be difficult to get away from it... Are you on drugs? xD may be that... or maybe someone is trying to harm you or one of your relatives, but he/she's still planning on how to do so, because at the end nobody hurts you, does it?
