What do i put on application?

Recieved an Article 15 5 yrs ago while in the military and am now applying for a police department. The application asks if i ever recieved or was charged with a felony, cl a or b misd, deferred adjudication or probation in civilian or military court. Do i put yes or no? I recieved an honorable discharge and to my knowledge an article 15 was a non-judicial punishment (not a criminal conviction). Any advice? will the article 15 ruin my chances?
